The 25th China Hi-Tech Fair concluded in the southern Chinese metropolis of Shenzhen on Sunday, with an attendance of 248,000 visitors and a cumulative transaction volume, including the intended transaction amount, totaling 37.28 billion yuan (about 5.17 billion U.S. dollars).

第二十五届中国国际高新技术成果交易会（简称“高交会”）11月19日在深圳落下帷幕，本届高交会累计入场人数24.8万人次，累计洽商交易金额372.8亿元。

Featuring participation from 105 countries and regions, the fair attracted over 4,000 exhibitors, with the exhibition area reaching 500,000 square meters. A total of 132 events were held, 681 new products and achievements were unveiled and contracts for 17 cooperation projects between central enterprises and local governments were signed onsite.

本届高交会共有105个国家和地区团组、4000多家展商参展，展会总面积达50万平方米，举办重大活动132场，发布新产品新成果681项，17个央地合作项目现场签约。

The fair also attracted about 200 companies in the aerospace technology field and they exhibited a variety of cutting-edge technological products, including aircraft, rockets, satellites, probes, and drones.

本届高交会吸引了约200家空天技术领域企业参展，展出各类飞行器、火箭、卫星、探测器、无人机等前沿科技产品。

In a recent announcement, the popular video-sharing and streaming platform Bilibili revealed a case of organized "doxxing," referring to the illegal exposure of someone's personal data and private information without consent.

近日，知名视频平台bilibili（B站）通报了一起“人肉开盒”（指利用非法手段公开曝光他人隐私数据与信息）案例。

In August of this year, Bilibili received multiple reports from content creators regarding organized efforts by a group to incite users on foreign platforms to engage in "doxxing" activities against them. This group not only made social influencers' personal information public online but also engaged in a series of illegal activities, including harassment through phone calls, online attacks, and false malicious reports.

今年8月，B站收到多位UP主举报，称有群体在境外平台有组织地煽动用户对站内UP主进行“人肉开盒”。该群体不仅在线上公开UP主个人信息，还对其进行一系列电话私信骚扰、网暴攻击、不实恶意举报等违法行为。

After thorough investigation by law enforcement agencies, the cyberbullying case spanned over 18 provinces and cities, involving more than 40 individuals. The main perpetrators were identified as minors, referred to as L and C. Due to the severity of their offenses, L has been administratively detained for ten days, with the transgression permanently recorded in their personal file.

经公安机关查明，本次网暴侵权案件牵涉18个省市，共计40余人。主要活动人员为未成年人L某与未成年人C某。其中，L某因违法事实情节严重，警方已对其处以10日行政拘留。同时，该违法行为将被永久记录在其个人档案中。C某在监护人陪同下，公安机关已根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》相关规定，对其进行了严厉批评教育。

OpenAI on Tuesday said it reached an agreement for Sam Altman to return as CEO days after his ouster, capping frenzied discussions about the future of the startup at the center of the artificial intelligence boom.

在山姆・阿尔特曼被免职几天后，22日OpenAI表示，已达成协议由阿尔特曼重新担任首席执行官，结束了这家人工智能新锐巨头上演的“宫斗”大戏。

In addition to Altman's return, the company agreed in principle to partly reconstitute the board of directors that had dismissed him. Bret Taylor, formerly co-CEO of Salesforce, and Larry Summers, former U.S. Treasury Secretary, will join Quora CEO and current director Adam D'Angelo, OpenAI said.
